We believe in the power of community.
A brand-new look.
An addition to our mission.
Building a better future for Westwood.
To our neighbors in Westwood, our donors, sponsors, and funders:
For fourteen years, Westwood Works has been forging meaningful connections in Westwood. By activating public spaces with events like Westwood Second Saturdays, the Westwood Art Show, Deck the Hall, Howl at the Hall (and many others!) and fostering local community projects through the Mini Grant Program, Westwood Works has stood behind the original pillars of our mission to connect people, place, and purpose.
We thought it was time for a change: a brand refresh and a new addition to our core mission.
What’s changing:
Look to the future with us as we envision a stronger economy in Westwood, taking on real estate projects with a focus on new business development, affordable and market-rate housing, increased parking, other critical infrastructure improvements, and new mixed-use commercial projects.
What’s not changing:
We remain steadfast in our commitment to serve the people of Westwood and to continue our role in building the most inclusive, diverse, vibrant neighborhood in Cincinnati. Westwood Works will continue its work with the City, local businesses, and other neighborhood organizations to build partnerships that benefit the Westwood community. In the spirit of connecting people, place, and purpose, we will continue to produce free events that bring thousands of neighbors together in the historic business district. In 2023, the Westwood Works Mini Grant Program will put more dollars into neighborhood projects than ever before.
As we move into the next generation for Westwood Works, we pay homage to all the hard work and support that got us here.
Our new look ushers in the next chapter for our organization.
We hope you’ll join us as we continue to build a better future for Westwood,
Stephanie Collins
